A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Supervisor to
manage daily accounting functions and lead a team of
specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to accounting operations and
implement improvements
Optimize cash application and payment reconciliation processes for
efficiency
Supervise the accounting operations team, providing training and
performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 1
year in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of cash application, reconciliation, and
payment processes
Experience with automation tools and accounting software
systems
Familiarity with internal controls and regulatory compliance in
accounting
