Job Description:

Golden Dog Title is seeking a Treasury Manager to support our company in managing various treasury functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial principles specific to the title insurance and escrow industry. This role is crucial in managing escrow accounts, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial processes to support smooth closings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage escrow accounts, deposits, and withdrawals in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Facilitate timely payments and wire transfers for closings.
  • Mitigate financial risks associated with title and escrow transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the title and escrow ecosystem.
  • Serve as a liaison between treasury operations and other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes.
  • Implement technology solutions to modernize operations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and risk management. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • Five years of experience in treasury management within the title and escrow industry.
    • Strong understanding of title insurance principles and escrow procedures.
    • SoftPro experience preferred.
    • Rynoh experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
