A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to
develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies across various
channels
Oversee the creative process for marketing campaigns and provide
feedback
Analyze campaign performance metrics and report insights to
optimize strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of hands-on retention marketing experience in a DTC
subscription e-commerce business
Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge, and LoyaltyLion
Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
Passion for wellness and herbal medicine
