Under broad supervision, applies functional requirements and uses engineering tools to design test system for electronic circuits or systems.
Under broad supervision, uses software tools or applications to analyze and conduct tests on electronic circuits or systems and document performance in comparison with design criteria.
Scope of work includes as hands-on testing of actual electronics
Documentation of work in adherence to the Halliburton standard process
Works effectively as a team member by communicating clearly and efficiently.
Takes the initiative to go beyond what situations require and focuses on attention to detail by making sure that work is done correctly, completely, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline, and 4 years of related experience. Completion of a master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
Good personal, professional, team work and communication (both written and oral) skills are required.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, selecting and using appropriate debugging tools.
Good understanding of digital, analog, and power circuits.
Good understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experienced in using test equipment to test functionality of product and for circuit analysis/troubleshooting
Familiar with basic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, DMM, E-load, signal generators, temperature chamber)
Experienced in preparation of Functional Test Report, Qualification Test Report and Deliverables required delivering product to customer.
Basic knowledge of test automation using programming languages like C, C++, Python.
Familiar with circuit simulation.
Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
