Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sensor Fusion Engineer to develop
robust sensor fusion algorithms and enhance battlefield logistics
capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine sensor fusion algorithms to estimate 3D
orientation
Model sensor characteristics and mitigate distortions in
magnetometer data
Collaborate with embedded software engineers to deploy algorithms
in firmware
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics,
Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of 3D coordinate systems, rotation matrices,
and linear algebra
Experience implementing Kalman filters and non-linear state
estimation
Proficient in scientific computing tools like Python or MATLAB
Understanding of DC magnetism and magnetic interference in embedded
systems
