Job Description:

Service Director -Gpac is partnered with a globally recognized manufacturer of machine tools. They need a Service Director, who will be tasked to manage costs and revenue generation to keep assigned local offices profitable and manage customer satisfaction regarding service quality and response time on a highly analytical basis. -Requirements -

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC systems, CNC programming
• Related field and/or machining knowledge preferred
• Excel with V-lookup and Pivot table is required
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Proven experience to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SAP a plus
• Excellent communication skills and delegation skills, positive solution-oriented attitude, teambuilding
• Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility working in a fast-paced setting
