We are seeking a phenomenal dedicated Training Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee and grantee development and possess a strong background in learning and development strategies. They will be a strong leader, able to grow a department and develop highly successful programs.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Training Director is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for both employees and grantees, managing employee development initiatives. The Training Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the staff is well-equipped and properly supported to deliver the Foundation's Vision, Mission and Strategy, and in cultivating a positive, effective and Christ-centered work environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's goals
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and online modules
- Identify, implement and utilize learning technology platform to deliver effective training sessions
- Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and identify skill gaps
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
-Manage and oversee Mentor Leadership program
Skills
-Excellent leadership and ability to set a vision for the training department
- Proficiency in content development and instructional design
- Experience in technical writing for training materials
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms, such as Salesforce or similar systems
- Knowledge of recruiting processes to support training needs
- Ability to educate employees on organization design principles
- Skills in performance management to enhance employee capabilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,128.00 - $70,000.00 per year
