Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Pet Protection &
Performance Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Pet Protection function and develop strategies for
growth and performance
Manage a cross-functional team to analyze pet health data and
improve business decisions
Lead the development of data-informed product design and pricing
strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related
field; MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in leading high-performing organizations,
preferably in insurance
Proven ability to work with data and identify trends for
performance improvement
Experience in process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six
Sigma
Strong strategic leadership skills and ability to influence
stakeholders
