Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payor Credentialing to
manage payer enrollment and credentialing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and lead a credentialing team to manage payer
enrollment
Establish workflows and procedures to streamline the enrollment
process
Oversee payer enrollment from application submission to provider
communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and
payer enrollment
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team
Experience in setting up payors with EDI, ERA, and EFT
processes
Knowledge of technology and software, including Google Suite and MS
Teams
