Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach sales renewal teams to achieve performance goals
Monitor team outreach and manage reporting systems in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of sales representative experience, preferably in financial services
4+ years of people management and coaching experience
Experience in performance management and driving metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
