Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnership Operations Manager to
optimize deal processes and ensure compliance with company
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Structure deals, secure approvals, and oversee contract
execution
Conduct first-pass legal reviews and manage security and compliance
requests
Maintain and improve deal desk workflows and collaborate on pricing
and policy adherence
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of deal structuring, compliance, and contract
management
Experience with contracting, particularly within EdTech
companies
Proficient in CRM systems and contract lifecycle tools
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
(preferred)
Familiarity with security frameworks and K-12 education guidelines
(preferred)
