Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Operations to
drive growth within their Commercial Sales & Marketing
organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the sales platform and enhance efficiency
Run biweekly meetings for pipeline reporting and manage the Deal
Desk process
Deliver sales technology solutions and collaborate with sales
leadership for continuous improvement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a Sales organization, preferably in Sales
Ops or Business Development
Prior experience working directly with senior leadership, such as
CROs or Heads of Sales
2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably in an admin
capacity
Experience leading large transformation projects related to sales
processes
Strong project management skills
