The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, serving as a key leader in the company's growth journey. • Operational Oversight: Lead warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Strategic Expansion: Manage site selection, planning, and launch of new facilities as the company expands into additional markets.
• Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously refine processes to enhance productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Financial Management: Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance metrics, driving cost efficiency and profitability.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable strategies to elevate operations to a best-in-class standard.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders to align on strategic goals and deliverables.Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in operational leadership with a history of scaling teams and fostering strong organizational cultures.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce 3PL logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing P&L with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience in process development and operational improvement.
  • Track record of leading growth initiatives, particularly in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including site selection and facility launches.Key Attributes
