A financial services company is looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager!

Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle accounting: Accounts payable/receivable
General ledger
Reconciliations


Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate audits and collaborate with external auditors.
Implement and maintain internal controls and processes.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, guiding best practices.
Manage cash flow, expense reports, and financial planning initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and strategies.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Ideal candidate has lending and real eastate expereince!
CPA certification is preferred
Over 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Offering a competitive salary up to $110K DOE
