A company is looking for a Remote RN Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Delivers delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Nurse Case
Management job family
Plans, implements, and evaluates healthcare services in conjunction
with the physician treatment plan
Manages own caseload and coordinates all assigned cases while
ensuring program objectives are met
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RN license
Experience working with MCG (Milliman Care Guidelines)
3+ years of Health Plan Case Management experience
Computer savvy
