What We're Looking For:
Preferred Experience: Commercial electrical and plumbing expertise,
equipment troubleshooting, and repair.
Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour training required; Legionella Water
Safety & Management certification preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Building Management Systems is a
plus.
Key Attributes: Strong technical assessment and observational
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Administrators in managing Community Directors of
Maintenance (DOMs).
Ensure compliance with Life Safety requirements, maintaining a safe
environment for residents, patients, families, and team
members.
Oversee the interior and exterior physical environments to meet
regulatory standards.
Provide ongoing training and support to DOMs and their teams.
Assess and optimize the use of TELS for task completion, reporting,
work orders, and compliance.
Consult with contractors on project scopes and pricing; manage
contractor performance.
Conduct annual audits of communities, focusing on Life Safety,
equipment, building condition, safety, and maintenance staff
assessments.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Life Safety for the regional
team.
Interpret policies and procedures, ensuring work aligns with
established standards.
