A company is looking for a Remote Chronic Care Management Lead
Medical Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support the Care Partner team to ensure efficient
completion of monthly programs
Assist management in identifying areas of need and recommending
improvements in the CCM/RPM process
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to
optimize team performance
Qualifications
Proven leadership skills within an enrollment or operations
team
Strong understanding of enrollment processes and best practices
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare
Experience in hiring, training, and team development
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and patient
experiences
