Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HarmonyCares, one of the nation's largest home-based primary care practices. This position offers a strong base salary and significant quality bonus. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who prioritizes patient care over volume, and who can dedicate the required time to address the patient's needs. Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification Benefits
