Job Summary The Clinical Team Lead - LVN is responsible for providing clinical expertise and managing patient care within a physician practice setting. This role involves caring for patients from multiple services/specialties and handling more complex diagnoses. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing Program or a Medical Assistant program
• Eligible for certification by a recognized medical assistant organization
• Current State of Texas license/permit to practice vocational Nursing (LVN)
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
• Five (5) years of clinical experience Principal Accountabilities
  • Act as the on-site clinical coordinator, providing guidance and direction to the care team
  • Complete quality review and monitor for process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in educational endeavors of department and serve as a clinical super user for EMR
  • Support HR processes including coaching and mentoring of staff
  • Exercises care in the operation and use of equipment and reference materials
