Applications are now being accepted for May 2025 Graduates for our
upcoming residency cohort, that will begin July 2025. -
If you are a new RN graduate or have less than 12 months of
experience -- our RN residency program may be for you! CHRISTUS St.
Elizabeth Hospital's Residency Program is the second in Texas to be
accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, who
cited the program's strength as clinical staff integration. Today,
we are one of the largest, most advanced facilities in the CHRISTUS
Health System. At CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth, we understand that our
nurse graduates are the future of health care and because of this,

joining our mission. CHRISTUS provides a yearlong developmental and
on-boarding program to help newly licensed registered nurses obtain
the skills and confidence necessary for providing high quality
patient care through evidence-based training and critical thinking
alongside our recognized professionals. Each new graduate who joins
the St. Elizabeth team will be enrolled in a comprehensive
orientation and assigned to a preceptor. Your personal preceptor
will be in your home unit and will support you through the program,
show you the ropes and guide you through a structured curriculum of
progressive skill development and patient care assignments. If you
