Job Description:
A company is looking for a PSC Human Resources Manager
responsible for managing human resources solutions for USAID PSC
positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop human resources programs including benefits
administration and performance management
Implement a program to meet USAID Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and
Accessibility (DEIA) goals
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR Specialists in
employee relations and HR policy compliance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
relevant field
10 years of work experience in Human Resources
3 years of supervisory management experience
Experience in developing benefits plans and HR programs
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
