Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel of Labor
and Employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws and collective
bargaining agreements
Represent the company before the National Labor Relations Board and
manage labor arbitrations
Handle employment-related issues and collaborate with business
units on legal strategies
Required Qualifications
JD degree and active state bar license
8-10 years of legal practice with a focus on labor law
Experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements is
preferred
Knowledge of employment laws such as Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and
FMLA
Ability to manage outside counsel and associated costs
