Position Title: Analyzer Assembly 1

Schedule : 6:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday

Location: Northwest Houston

As an Analyzer Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling gas chromatographs used in various industries. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Specific Accountabilities:
--- Assemble basic to complex instruments according to technical drawings, manuals, and engineering specifications.
--- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly.
--- Follow established assembly procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in the final products.
--- Conduct thorough testing of instruments to verify functionality and performance.
--- Identify and troubleshoot any defects or issues in the assembled instruments.

Job Requirements:
--- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
--- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly (preferred)
--- Ability to work in demanding, fast paced environment
--- Can work independently and in team environment to accomplish goals/objectives
--- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
--- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
--- Works well as a productive member of a team.
--- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
--- Uses various instruments and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
--- Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion.
--- Reports any problems and alert appropriate staff.
