Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Design Lead to define site
experiences and features across its portfolio of sites.
Key Responsibilities
Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
mockups based on business requirements and user stories
Collaborate with UX researchers and stakeholders to validate
designs and build consensus on design solutions
Document design guidelines and work with engineering teams to
ensure timely product delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
4-7 years of experience as a UX designer
Strong user experience design skills, including wireframing and
interaction design
Experience with UX software such as Figma and Adobe Suite; basic
HTML and CSS skills are a plus
Familiarity with atomic design methodology and maintaining design
systems
