Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to support
strategic decision-making and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across various departments to support
strategic initiatives
Take ownership of high-value initiatives, from problem structuring
to solution implementation
Evaluate and enhance operational processes in preparation for IPO
readiness
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in management
consulting, investment banking, or PE/VC, and 2+ years in a
high-growth tech company
BA/BS in Economics, Math, Finance, Engineering, CS, or a related
quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Proven ability to manage projects and processes from start to
finish
Experience in building and maintaining cross-functional
relationships
Demonstrated adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
