Job Description:

A company is looking for a North America Benefits Contractor for a contract role with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with US and Canadian benefits administration, including various insurance and retirement plans
Co-lead annual Open Enrollment and manage health and wellness benefits
Educate employees on relevant benefits and perks topics

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in benefits management and administration
Minimum 3 years' experience with Workday benefits, absence, and HCM
Experience with US benefits compliance and audit processes
Global benefits experience in multiple geographies is a plus
CEBS or CBP certification is preferred
