Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor Compensation Associate
responsible for managing variable compensation processes for
financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze information for variable compensation
calculations and system configurations
Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing and maintain the
Compensation System
Develop reporting and archival processes, and support integration
planning related to compensation agreements
Required Qualifications
Associate degree
2+ years of business experience, preferably in accounting, audit,
or compensation processing
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
