Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Advisor to lead compliance
risk management activities and provide guidance on regulatory
risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and direct high-priority regulatory projects across multiple
business functions
Consult with senior managers on complex compliance matters and
develop remediation project plans
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to reduce
compliance risks
Required Qualifications and Education:
A minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including 8 years in compliance or related fields
Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheet and word
processing software
Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of applicable
laws and regulations
Juris Doctor or Master's degree preferred
Thorough knowledge of operations, systems, and practices within
relevant business units
