Key Responsibilities
Manage credit accounts and assist customers with account-related
questions
Process payments, update receivables, and handle tax code updates
and adjustments
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails during standard
shifts
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of credit experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong and accurate data entry skills
Ability to perform basic math functions
Eagerness to learn and strong critical thinking skills
