RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

- Dispatching trucks in a timely manner

- Provide necessary support to ensure transportation schedules are attained.

- Check call drivers on a daily basis.

- Maintain necessary documentation and files for drivers.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Have a valid driver's license.

-Must pass background check.

-3 or more years of dispatch logistics experience.

-Experience working in the oil and gas industry.

-Strong inter-personal skills whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.

-Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.

-Ability to handle numerous telephone calls.

-Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.

-Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Computer-literate with a high proficiency in multiple software including

-Microsoft Word and Excel and email.

-Exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.

-Excellent follow through on daily tasks and projects.

-Knowledge of D.O.T. laws, desired.

-Spanish is a plus but not required
