Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to
enhance loyalty
Drive VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement and net
revenue
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and improve player
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in
Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
Passion for improving player experience and promoting team
positivity
Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve
operational efficiency
Knowledge of revenue enhancement and expense control
Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
