Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Hospice Bereavement
Coordinator to provide bereavement care and support to patients and
families.
Key Responsibilities
Assess bereavement services needs and develop individualized care
plans
Conduct post-death bereavement risk assessments and direct
implementation of care plans
Engage with local communities for bereavement outreach and
education
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or
related field
One year of experience in family and/or individual counseling with
training in grief and bereavement
Knowledge of grief and bereavement counseling and the needs of
terminally ill patients and caregivers
Familiarity with general computer use and online HR services
