The Intern will assist in operation processes, developing key analytics, creating dashboards, and generating insightful reports to support business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce analytics, data visualization, and reporting, while working closely with various departments across the company.As a Business Operations Intern you will:Collaborate with the team to analyze performance data, trends, and key metrics.Assist in the design and creation of interactive dashboards using software tools such as Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.Prepare dashboards and compile performance reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.Support in maintaining and optimizing workforce planning and scheduling processes.Perform data quality checks and contribute to improving data integrity across systems.Identify and present opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.Participate in cross-functional team meetings to present findings and support project goals.Provide support for any ad-hoc projects as needed.Gain hands-on experience in operations and analytics.The opportunity to present data insights to key stakeholders and contribute to business decisions.Professional development through mentorship and practical experience.What we need from you:Education:Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4 year Accredited College or University pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Overall GPA 3.0 or above. Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.Mathematically inclined.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. Travel Requirements10% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 10% of the time and on a domestic basis).
