Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to provide
exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance
in affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance
and training on affordable housing compliance
Electronically review applicant/resident files to ensure adherence
to federal and state program regulations
Communicate file deficiencies and important information to clients
and internal stakeholders effectively
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or
affordable property management
Working knowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC and HUD
programs
