Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator to develop and
implement training programs aligned with business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, administer, and implement training programs for
employees
Conduct special courses and provide individual coaching to address
skill gaps
Evaluate data to identify learning issues and collaborate with
management to design improvements
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1-3 years of experience in training or facilitating
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in a contact center
Preferred: 1+ years of training experience in the Healthcare
industry
