Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Provider Service Specialist to
manage provider service inquiries and support the help desk
team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for the help desk team and manage email requests
and escalated issues
Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process
improvement efforts
Identify and report trends in provider issues and act as a resource
for operational guidance
Qualifications
4-6 years of customer service and/or call center experience
2-4 years of experience in the healthcare market with knowledge of
provider needs
Familiarity with health plan products and services
Understanding of key operations departments and their functions
