Security Monitoring & Reporting
Troubleshooting & Support
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP,
vendor-specific iBoss certifications)
Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO
27001)
