Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Administrator for the
Federal Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage construction project documentation for accuracy
and compliance
Conduct financial analysis, including monitoring project burn rates
and cash flows
Collaborate on risk matrices and support budgeting and forecasting
processes
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree in a construction, architecture, or
engineering-related field preferred
5+ years of experience in the construction management industry
Experience with risk matrix and mitigation, and financial
analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional for PDF document
management
