Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Support Consultant who will manage hotel bookings and assist clients with travel-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hotel bookings in sold-out situations and for rates above city caps
Handle requests for missing or inaccurate hotel folios and support Uber for Business inquiries
Coordinate with Uber Support for ride and app-specific queries

Required Qualifications

Several years of travel industry experience
Proficient in Sabre GDS
Strong knowledge of travel supplier rules
Ability to work independently with discretion and judgment
Hotel industry experience is a plus
