Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute a reset process for assigned categories,
collaborating with retailers on planograms
Analyze customer and syndicated data to provide insights and
recommendations on distribution, assortment, pricing, and
promotion
Develop consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to inform targeted
strategies and customer-specific selling stories
Required Qualifications
Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in
food or beverage
Proficiency in space management software (JDA & 345 preferred)
Knowledge of retail POS, syndicated, and panel data (Dunn Humby,
IRI, & Numerator preferred)
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to understand and communicate space management concepts
within category management
