Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Commercial Leasing Agent (Retail & Office) to join the Corporate office in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Show space for lease
• Communicate with Tenant or Tenant's Broker
• Communicate with the Property Owner
• Build Relationships with Owners of Real Estate
• Negotiate LOI and Lease
• Communicate with Property Manager
• Be Process and Results Driven
• Maintain a weekly leasing review of deal pipeline
• Create Prospect lists
• Cold call
• Be accountable within the Leasing Team
• Build relationships with the brokerage community
• Other Lease transaction activities Requirements
  
  Qualification and Skills
  • College degree in business or related field required
  • Texas Real Estate License required
  • Experience in sales, in a real estate industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong Salesmanship Skills
  • Ability to work well within a Team
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, positive attitude, and desire to be a team player
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time, while completing projects and work within established timeline
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, complete tasks, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly Benefits
