Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative to
provide exceptional service to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with healthcare providers to address inquiries regarding
member eligibility, coverage, and claims
Verify member coverages, benefit types, and claim statuses
accurately and promptly
Ensure compliance with company, client, and HIPAA regulations to
maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
1 - 2+ years of healthcare, claims, or customer service
experience
Knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
programs
Healthcare knowledge and/or call center experience preferred
