Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to manage
payment deductions and repayment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile payments from employers with corresponding invoices
Coordinate invoices with employers to ensure timely adjustments and
payments
Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues through
communication and financial adjustments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a collections or accounts receivable
role
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,
especially Excel/Sheets
Strong organizational skills with a high level of ownership and
dedication to accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
